Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We’re all about spreading beauty everywhere, so we ship worldwide. 🌍

Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped directly from our trusted international warehouses, ensuring quality packaging and safe delivery straight to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly (because we know you’re excited to get your beauty goodies!). ✨ If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your package may already be on its way. Don’t worry, though, you can always return it for a refund once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and usually ship within 1–3 business days. During holidays or busy sale times, it may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request.
